Avaya Remote LabsGlobal Knowledge has a number of equipment labs that can be used to support the delivery of Avaya Courses. The labs are maintained on the latest Avaya software versions but earlier versions can be installed on request. Completing the many lab exercises on the Global Knowledge labs will improve your knowledge and skills for your day-to-day activities and they are also perfect preparation for the exams that lead to the various Avaya ACIS & ACSS credentials. All the Avaya labs are built using real Avaya equipment and the students will have full access to configure the devices using Console or GUI access. The Voice labs are specially designed so that delegates can experience real calls with other delegates. PC’s and IP phones will be required for some courses at the classroom location.
