Manager: Responsible for IP Communications sales methodology
and customer engagement.
Project
Coordinator: Junior-level staff member; assists in project
coordination. Knowledgeable of Cisco best practices for project
execution. Utilizes the IP Telephony
Steps to Success Study Guide for tools and resources.
Systems
Engineer: Pre-sales engineer; responsible for IP Communications
solution planning and design.
Field
Engineer 1: Post-sales engineer; responsible for IP
Communications solution implementation and operation.
Field
Engineer 2: Post-sales engineer responsible for IP
Communications implementation, specific to the Cisco Unity unified
messaging and IPCC Express Contact Center solutions. Possesses MCSE
knowledge required for Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Unity
platforms.
Note: this job role may be
fulfilled by two people.
Operations
Specialist: "Day two" support engineer; troubleshoots network
problems relating to IP Communications solution.
