SOLVE Methodology

Getting a learning programme right is not just about the delivery of high quality training but the whole experience for everyone involved.  That is, ensuring that any training delivered addresses the organisations strategic needs but also that the booking, management, procurement and reporting meet our customers objectives.LS12-SCOPING

Using our SOLVE™ methodology, we are able to get at the heart of your learning issues rapidly and solve them efficiently. Our proprietary SOLVE methodology is a comprehensive, five-step approach that gives us the ability to fully understand your organisation's unique learning needs within the context of your business goals, then design and implement a custom, measurable solution.
 
Scope – We work closely with our customers to scope the solution and agree the overall working processes.
 
Organise – Working within a Service Level Agreement our Project Managers implement and manage the training programmes, including the design, development and scheduling of the required curriculum.
 
Learning Delivery – We use the most appropriate delivery method for the audience, factoring in preferred learning styles and diversity of the audience.
 
Validate – We validate your solution by measuring the progress and performance.  Where any issues are identified these are rectified and any enhancements that may be required are added to the programme.
 
Evaluate –  We constantly evaluate our performance, not only in the classroom but across all of our services, ensuring that a high quality, timely and accurate service is delivered to our customers.
 
Our SOLVE™ methodology is used and implemented by a dedicated team of Global Knowledge learning experts. Your account manager works with you day-to-day to do whatever it takes to get the job done. The project manager oversees each phase of the development of your learning solution to ensure successful coordination, implementation, and communication. Learning experts provide deep instructional design expertise and assess needs. Together with your project manager, they facilitate any sponsorship and change management requirements. Instructional designers work closely with the learning expert to design your courseware and select the right blend of modalities to achieve your learning goals.
