The Symantec Partner Program helps you to increase your relevance and profitability in the marketplace by enabling you to deliver an exceptional customer experience by extending your expertise across Symantec’s broad portfolio of offerings. Built on a foundation of competencies, the Symantec Partner Program rewards you for your capabilities, performance and commitment to your partnership with Symantec and enables you to prosper by doing what you do best.
Symantec Partner Program structure
The Channel Partner Program framework simplifies the way we do business together and offers you differentiated rewards based on the value you deliver to customers and Symantec. The Channel Partner Program offers four membership tiers: Registered, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Partners advance membership tiers by achieving solution and delivery-based Symantec Competencies and by meeting other defined Program requirements.
Through achievement of Symantec Competencies, partners will have access to rewards and benefits based on the following criteria:
- Capability: Sales, Marketing, Technical Pre-Sales, Post Sales, and Consulting capabilities that map to the customer sales cycle.
- Performance: Achievement against defined revenue targets.
- Customer Evidence: The service levels partners provide, measured through verified Customer Competency References and by customer satisfaction survey responses.
